The TJI "Silent Floor System" is engineered to be a high quality floor structure.

Contrasting colors between walls & ceilings, multiple paint colors & stain trim are options and 

must be specified on a signed change order and must be paid for in full in advance Extremely light or dark colors may take up to 4 coats to cover, and will require an additional charge and require a signed change order paid in full in advance.
